Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping costs:

• Standard shipping: €1.99
• Free shipping on orders of 10 cards or more (€59.99+)

Delivery times:
Delivery within the European Union typically takes 15–25 business days from the date of dispatch. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Order programming:
After placing your order, please send your Google Business review URL to anghelomartinez722@gmail.com. Cards will be programmed and shipped once we receive your link.

Lost or delayed orders:
If your order has not arrived within 35 business days, contact us at anghelomartinez722@gmail.com and we will investigate.
