Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at anghelomartinez722@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

14-day EU right of withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, you will be reimbursed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
